"We had a wonderful 2 week holiday at this villa, excellent facilities everything you could possibly need, lovely pool area to sit and relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and the most amazingly comfortable beds which was a real bonus. Thank you to Jerry and Diane for being such good hosts and allowing us to stay at your lovely home, we would recommend this villa to anyone in a heart beat. "

I originally found this villa some years ago. I liked it for its location being near the 192, Walmarts, restaurants and of course the parks. The surrounding houses are owned by families and its a safe and well cared for area.
Since our first visit we have come back every year. I love this villa mainly because of the obvious care the owners take with this property. On each visit we find something that has been updated. The house is clean and has every facility. I rate this villa highly.

I had another wonderful stay at your villa. As usual, everything was clean and tidy and the villa had everything you would need for a stay in Florida. I really appreciated the call before leaving the UK to give last minute information about the villa and ways to access help if necessary (which wasn’t needed as everything was fab!).

The villa was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed. The boys enjoyed having a pool to themselves and the games room.

We have enjoyed our stay here for the past 8 days. The Children have had a fun time in the pool and funhouse, they would love to stay again! 

The location is brilliant because it was close to where we needed to be the villa was nice and clean when we arrived.

Hello and happy new year to you and your husband.

We have had an amazing time at your villa. It had everything we needed. It was easy to find, it was very clean, plenty of dishes and cutlery and the beds were very comfy. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids used it every opportunity they got.

The booking  process was so easy and after the first phone call we knew we picked the right people to rent from. We will be contacting you in the future to stay again.

Easy access to all the Disney and Universal Parks (Toll Free!!) great lay out. All your recommendations for places to

eat and shopping were really useful. Milk Shakes at Steak and Shake have been a frequent treat.

Always on hand to answer any questions we have.

Kids love "Forty" your next door neighbours cat. if ever we come back, hope to stay her again
